So I started filming like two weeks ago, but have had a ton of problems!! grrrr
I have had a horrible time with my camera and imovie - imovie HD does not support my camera and imovie 8 sucks. I won’t go into all the details, cause that would take a while lol, but believe me, its been a pain. I think I have finally come up with a method for editing though *fingers crossed*

On top of my editing crisis, I realized after filming a bit of my work, that the table I was using shook like crazy! I never noticed it before since I move alot when painting/drawing, but the camera sure shows it! The footage will totally make you feel sea sick lol. Soooooo, we decided to take a trip to Ikea in Houston and picked up a new table.

Voila!

I am happy that I didnt do a ton of filming before I realized the shaking, but most of the outlining process will be edited out - oh well!

I have not done a ton of painting, even after getting the table - this is all ive done so far

not much eh? I am really happy with it so far though *pats herself on her back* hehe
I am still getting used to having a camera beside me while I paint - I keep on checking to see if I am blocking the view with my hands or head lol. I usually keep my face really close to my work, but I am learning to sit farther back.

I hope to get this part done this week, and then start on the second part next week - with the video up shortly after that.

I will keep ya’ll posted with my (slow) progress!

We are going to see Wall-E tonight, at the midnight showing - sooooo super duper excited!! It is going to be excellent, i know it

I have been wanting to get an imac for a while now (ever since highschool actually lol - we used them for video editing) and this past weekend we got one!!! I am so thrilled!! It looks so beautiful on my desk hehe

And what is even more exciting, is that now I can edit my videos!!! WOOHOO!! I have my little filming station all set up for me painting

and here is everything together - mac, video, printer, etc
its messy, i know, but c’est la vie!

and these are the two drawings that will be in the first video

First is Little Bo Peep, looking for her lost sheep

and second is one of the lost sheep

yah i know you cant see the sketches too well - but you get the idea (hopefully lol)

I will keep ya’ll update with how my first art vlog is coming along. I am thinking it will not take too long to make, but you know me :P  I am a slow poke!

Well I am off to play with some of my video clips!!

I have pics of my new imac and my video set up to post - so excited about my video!! The painting is of Little Bo Peep hehe.
